Melinda graduated from U of Idaho with a Marketing degree. She started her real estate career in 1987 - joining the family company founded in 1963. Melinda holds a Real Estate Brokers license in Washington and Idaho and helps oversee 3 Coldwell Banker offices in Spokane Washington with 110 agents and a staff of 11 employees.

Randy Nichols has spent 25 years in various manufacturing and service industries. For the last 15 years he has worked to apply Internet Technology to the fabric of doing business. The result has been the foundation of a company providing web-based business solutions that have enable companies to grow exponentially in tough economic times while reducing overhead. Randy is President and Owner of Pentad Systems. He has a business degree from Whitworth College, Spokane. Randy applied his expertise in the creation of IRESweb.com.

Patricia Payne is an EA who is enrolled to practice before the Internal Revenue Service. She has an extensive Real Estate Clientèle and has many years of experience. She has owned her own business for 20 years. She is a Business Tax and Accounting Specialist. She specializes in SCorp, LLC, Partnership and Sole Proprietor as well as Federal and State Returns, Audits and Compliance. She is a QuickBooks Pro Specialist; having assisted with more than 1000 installations. She currently manages more than 200 clients. She got her Business Degree at the College of Marin, CA.
